Contact Us
First, please reach out by email or phone to tell us what item you’re looking to auction. If you first want to check if your item can be listed and the potential fees, email us what your items are and a few pictures for a quicker response.

Send Your Item
If we agree to auction your item, please send it to us by mail. In order to prevent damage during transportation, please protect your item with packing materials such as newspaper or sealed air. Also enclose information for the bank account you would like payment transferred to. Our mailing address is below.
※Depending on your location, we may be able to come pick up your item(s) upon request. Please let us know if you’re interested.
※If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact the shipping service.
※The item owner is responsible for the shipping costs. Thank you for your cooperation.

Appraisal and Listing
After your item arrives, the store owner will personally appraise the item and contact you once it’s finished. For items chosen for listing, we will inform you of the final transaction fees and, upon your confirmation, prepare to auction the item. As your item is photographed, uploaded, listed and bought, we will keep you updated every step of the way.
4代金お支払い
Payment
We will contact you with your payment amount the next business day from your item being won. You will also be contacted once we have sent the payment via bank transfer. Upon your confirmation of receiving payment, our business has concluded.
※The item owner is responsible for any bank transfer fees. Thank you for your cooperation.
※お客様の情報は漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止に努め、厳重管理の上、目的外で使用することはこざいません。ただし、法律の定めにより国、地方自治体、裁判所、警察その他法律や条例などで認められた権限を持つ機関より要請があった場合、これに応じてお客様の許可なく情報を開示することがあります。予めご了承下さい。
Terms of ListingPlease read carefully:
Proxy Auctioning Fees
20~30% of the winning bid amount (tax excluded)
+ Listing fee of 3,000 JPY
We will determine the fee after appraising your item.
If we were to set a flat rate based on the winning bid amount, the fee could end up higher than expected, so we work with each case on it’s own to ensure satisfactory results.
※The payment you receive will be the winning bid amount minus the proxy auctioning fees.
Listing Period
Items are usually listed for one week.
We plan to have your item listed within 1~2 weeks after your item arrives at our gallery.
※If you need your item(s) listed quickly please inform us ahead of time.
※If you have sent us multiple items there’s a chance that the auctions finish across multiple different days, which we will discuss with you ahead of time.
Regarding Bank Transfers
The total payment, minus fees, will be transferred to your specified bank account.
※Payment will be sent after the warranty period (7 days after shipping) has passed.
Regarding Listing Availability
We base our judgement of what can and cannot be listed according to Yahoo! Auctions. For items that cannot be listed to Yahoo! Auctions there are other options such as dealer marketplaces, which you are welcome to ask us about.
