Kakejiku are artwork and/or calligraphy that are hung on the wall to compliment the theme of a tea ceremony. They're in traditional scroll format that hangs vertically, to better fit narrow entrance halls. There may also be flowers in a vase presented next to a kakejiku to enhance the arrangement.
